Personal information we collect
Information you provide to us. Personal information you may provide to us through our services or otherwise may include:
Contact details, such as your first and last name, business email, and phone number.
Communications that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions, feedback, to request a demo, or otherwise.
Transactional information, such as your bank account, wire, or other information needed to process orders.
Business Systems information we collect automatically through APIs to facilitate our provision of the service, including data from or about your Salesforce instance. For more information concerning our retention and use of your Business Systems information, please email email@example.com.
Automatic data collection. We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with our website, our communications and other online services, such as:
Device data, such as your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers, language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., WiFi, LTE, 3G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
Online activity data, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, the website you visited before browsing to our services, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, and duration of access.
Third-party sources. We may combine personal information we receive from you with personal information falling within one of the categories identified above that we obtain from other sources, such as:
Public sources, such as government agencies, public records, social media platforms, and other publicly available sources.
Data providers, such as information services and data licensors.
Partners, such marketing partners and event co-sponsors.
Service providers that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the service or our business.
Business transaction partners. We may receive personal information in connection with an actual or prospective business transaction. For example, we may receive your personal information from an entity we acquire or are acquired by, a successor, or assignee or any party involved in a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, and/or in the context of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership.

Cookies, which are text files that websites store on a visitor‘s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser for the purpose of facilitating our services, helping you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, enabling functionality, and helping us understand user activity and patterns.

If you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use all functionality of our services and it may not work properly. Local storage. You may be able to limit use of HTML5 storage technologies in your browser settings. Advertising choices. You can limit use of your information for interest-based advertising by:
Blocking cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies, including cookies used for interest-based advertising. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Blocking advertising ID use in your mobile settings. Your mobile device settings may provide functionality to limit use of the advertising ID associated with your mobile device for interest-based advertising purposes.

Declining to provide information. We need to collect personal information to provide certain services. If you do not provide the information we identify as required or mandatory or later request that we delete it, we may not be able to provide those services.
Other sites and services
We may offer links to websites and other online services operated by third parties. In addition, our content may be integrated into web pages or other online services that are not associated with us. These links and integrations are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control websites or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions.
To help protect the privacy of data we collect through the Service, we employ measures designed to protect the confidentiality, availability and integrity of personal data we process. However, you should keep in mind that the Site and the Service are run on software, hardware and networks, any component of which may, from time to time, require maintenance or experience problems or breaches of security beyond our control. Please also be aware that despite our best efforts to ensure the security of your data, we cannot guarantee that your information will be 100% secure. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained in the Service.

International data transfer
We are headquartered in the United States and may use service providers that operate in other countries. Your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other locations where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country.
Our services are not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information through our services from a child under 18 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.
