Sub-processor List

Superframe engages certain subprocessors that may process personal data submitted to Superframe's services. These subprocessors are listed below. This list may be updated by Superframe from time to time.

Service Delivery Sub-processors

The following Sub-processors are used to facilitate Superframe's product and therefore process personal information that you put into Superframe yourself or through integrated products (eg. the names and email addresses of your contacts sync'd to Superframe from your email inbox).

Support Sub-processors

The following Sub-processors are used to facilitate customer support and interactions related to your Superframe use. We use them to process the personal information of your team members with Superframe accounts (eg. sending a password reset email), as well as some of the data you put into Superframe yourself (eg. discussing the name of a specific Account in a support ticket).

Operational Sub-processors

The following Sub-processors process activity of the end-users of Superframe service and are explicitly used for operational processes like billing, as well as marketing activity. These subprocessors do not process data that your end users or integrations put directly into Superframe (eg. the names or emails of your contacts).
